Reaktor 6: What is Reaktor? - YouTube

Where can I find a list of the Reaktor Instruments which I understand is 80 now? 0 Best Answers colB Member Posts: 1,035 Guru No you're not missing anything, an appropriately clever user could have come up with Prism, Monark, Super8, or whatever else... but that's like saying a 'user' of MS Visual C++ could have come up with Grand Theft Auto or Starfield... it's true, but it's maybe missing the point. Core is limited in some ways, but you really can implement DSP algorithms from scratch, and they will sound the same as if they were written in C++ (or whatever other language). HOWEVER, most of the stuff in the user library uses factory library DSP components, like oscillators and filters, so could sound like Reaktor... not all though, there are some 'users' who scratch build the DSP for their creations. And the more recent core based factory stuff is very good and also more extensible, to possible to still end up with unique sounds just by configuring it differently... so toolkits rather than monolithic units for filters etc. 1 «12»Answers Sunborn NKS User Library Mod Posts: 3,454 mod There is no such list, or at least is not something you can find easily. However, there are 77 instruments, effects and various other units, only in the Reaktor Factory Library. Then, there are the more "famous" ensembles (like Monark or Prism) which are independent from the library. Those are about 15 to 17. Then there are the Blocks... how many are exactly i don't know. Not many thoughAnd then, there are the User Library Ensembles, which contain, 3734 instruments, 911 effects and 847 blocks, among other things! Finally, there is an unknown number (big one though) of 3rd party developers who create Reaktor ensembles, both paid and free, old and new. Bottom line is: There are thousands out there and their exact number is impossible to be found. :-) 0 Thanks Sunborn. So the'' famous'' ensembles like Monark and Prism, are they included in Reaktor? If so do you know which ones?Native Instruments doesn't even seem to cover all these, just the ones that come with the extended komplete packages which are substantially more. 0 Sunborn NKS User Library Mod Posts: 3,454 mod Monark and Prism and all other similar ensembles are separate product and not included in Reaktor, however if you buy a bundle (such as Komplete) it includes some of those as well. What is included in the full version of Reaktor is the Reaktor Factory Library that i mention. 0 Thanks for the list PoorFellow, I think Blocks comes with Reaktor 6 now doesn't it? 0 Sunborn NKS User Library Mod Posts: 3,454 mod Thanks Poorfellow.Yes I think REAKTOR 6 PLAYER is a free player for REAKTOR-based instruments and effects. First of all, Reaktor 6 does not have native Apple Silicon support, this means it will not work if not in Rosetta mode (your DAW or the Komplete Kontrol standalone application). There is a beta version that brings that compatibility, feel free to join the beta here: Reaktor 6.5.0: Beta phase has startedNow, for Massive X, do you have the latest versions of Massive X installed (1.4.2) ? The latest version has Native Apple Silicon Support as you can see in the release notes: Do your DAW, Komplete Kontrol, Maschine and Reaktor have Full Disk Access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOSThis error message comes when opening old projects, but are you able to load Massive X in your DAW in a new project when in ARM mode ? When in Rosetta mode? Are you able to load Reaktor 6 in a new project when in Rosetta mode? 0 tymes2 Member Posts: 24 Member Logic Pro (as it's called now) is at latest version 10.7.7 and has full disk access, as has Maschine 2, Komplete Kontrolle and Reaktor. I just had Komplete Control crashing on launch (in Rosetta) while scanning the VSTs. After that, it started as usual. Trying to load Massive X in KK prompted the message Massive X could not be loaded, as it may not yet support Apple Silicon or VST2 to VST3 migration. Please contact the plug-in manufacturer for more information. Note: although Massive X appears as installed in NA, as I did a complete reinstall yesterday, I cannot find a Massive X App on my HD. Searching for M X brought up three folders, one named massive X (small M) - not a single folder had a Massive X app as a standalone. M X doesn't show up in Logic either (Logic with Rosetta!). BTW, Just tried to load Reaktor in KK (the browser doesn't state what version of Reaktor is opened by a preset 😐) and got the prompt "Plug-in/preset could not be loaded, as it may not yet support Apple Silicon or VST2 to VST3 migration. For more information please visit: hitps://support.native-instruments.com". As m mentioned, KK in Rosetta. Yue Member Posts: 5 Newcomer Hello. In the MASCHINE 2 app, I am able to load instruments, but in the MASCHINE 2 plugin within Studio One, I get the message '** could not be loaded.'Groups, Sounds, Loops, and One-shots load without any issues. However, I cannot load FX that seem to be associated with the instruments. If anyone knows the cause and a solution, I would appreciate your help.Kontakt 7 and Reaktor 6 are installed.(Studio One 6, macOS Sonoma 14.5, Apple M1) 0 Best Answers Yue Member Posts: 5 Newcomer I tried everything—enabling Full Disk Access (Native Access/Maschine/Kontakt/Reaktor/Studio One), running Studio One in Rosetta mode (since I use Apple M1), relocating VST2/3 and Audio Unit files, reinstalling Reaktor, Kontakt, and Maschine via Native Access, deleting the Maschine database and favorites, etc.—but when I switched Studio One back from Rosetta to normal mode, the instruments finally loaded!Hope this helps someone who is having a similar problem.Thank you:) 1 Answers If Studio One is complaining it cannot find something - it is certainly missing. You say FX are missing - are they actually installed where Studio One can find them?Maschine 2 app is just a plugin host inside Studio One. If the FX are not there - they will error out.VP 0 Yue Member Posts: 5 Newcomer Thank you for your comment!I also can't load Instruments (although I can load it in the MASCHINE 2 app.)I located the files on my external SSD where both the standalone app and Studio One should be able to find… 0 Yue Member Posts: 5 Newcomer Thank you for sharing the article with me.When I open MASCHINE in standalone, everything that is installed loads correctly and works as expected. However, when I open MASCHINE in Studio One, the Instruments and FX cannot be loaded.I tried the solutions mentioned in the
