This small Air Fryer Butterflied Lamb Leg Joint is a fuss free way to roast lamb. It’s quick to cook and unlike many cuts of lamb, extremely easy to carve. It’s a great option for a weeknight dinners, but impressive enough for a Sunday feast or entertaining. Vary the seasonings and lamb is incredibly versatile too.This post may contain affiliate links.
